Hello Willow Class,

I have attached the weekly grid for week 4 with suggested activities for this week.  As usual, feel free to email any photographs of activities that you have been up to - mrsmcilroy@westfieldprimaryschool.com

Our new book for this week is 'Zog'.  Like last week, the story is also available on BBC iPlayer and is one of my favourite stories by Julia Donaldson.  

Your writing task for today is to think about the skills that Zog must learn at Dragon School.  Write a list of these skills titled 'How to become a dragon...'.

Also, as a reminder from last week and to mirror the information on the Learning Grid, some resources for phonics that follow our scheme of learning in school:

Starting today, the Department of Education, in partnership with the English Hub, have produced a series of daily Letters and Sounds videos to support the delivery of phonics lessons at home. We hope you find them useful! Lessons start on Monday 27th of April, you can subscribe and find out more information by following the link:
