Good morning Beech Class!

I hope that you have had a great week. It is the whit holiday next week so I won't be posting a daily writing blog. We will return to Fantastic Mr Fox to finish the story on Monday 1st June. You can still email me if you would like to share anything that you have been upto whilst at home.

Writing

Today I am posting chapter 9. I would like you to read it through with an adult and consider these questions:

• Which word on page 34 told you that Mr Fox was cross with the little foxes?
• Why were the small foxes jumping and running round on page 36?
• What does undefeated mean?

I would like you to describe the family of foxes. Think about the small foxes, Mr Fox and Mrs Fox. Think of as many different adjectives as you can to describe their personalities.
