There was a major incident in Clayton Crescent last week and the Fire Service needed access to a property. As cars were double parked the emergency response was delayed.
The Fire Service have been into school to warn us that the parking at school it is not acceptable. Parents should not double park.
Access for emergency vehicles should be available at all times.
They have also informed us that CCTV has been taken of the cars parked this may be passed onto the Police.
Please walk to school or if you need to drive park on Penn Lane.
Your full co-operation is needed to prevent this happening again.
