Dear Parents and Carers,
You may have read in the local press that Halton are looking to expand their provision for children with Special Educational Needs. As part of this Headteachers were asked if they had the capacity to open a Resource Base Provision within their schools. I expressed an interest as I felt this would be an opportunity to support the needs of children across Halton. The next step is consultation with staff, parents and wider community and today you will receive further information and an invite to the public statutory consultation meeting here at Westfield. If you have any questions before the meeting, please come and ask.
