Dear Parents/Carers

The PTA are hosting a disco for all pupils on Tuesday 30th November 2021. Money raised will be used to buy all children a gift at Christmas.  The disco will be held in phases –

EYFS & KS1 (Beech & Cherry Class) 2.30-3.15pm.

If your child is attending they must bring a change of clothes in a named bag.  Pupils will be dismissed on the playground at 3.15pm.  Entrance is £3.50, no money is needed for snacks. Each child will receive a drink, hot dog and popcorn. 

Lower KS2 (Maple & Larch Class) 3.30 – 4.15pm

If your child is attending they must bring a change of clothes in a named bag.  Pupils will get changed at the end of the school day and taken to the disco at 3.30pm.  They will be dismissed from the main entrance at 4.15pm. The entrance fee is £2.00 per child and additional spending money will be needed for snacks.  Spending money must be in a named purse or wallet.

Upper KS2 (Birch & Oak Class) 4.30 – 5.15pm

If your child is attending they must come back to school for 4.30pm.  The entrance fee is £2.00 per child and additional spending money will be needed for snacks.  If your child is in Year 5 or Year 6 and able to walk home alone please complete this in the comments area on ParentPay.

All payments for entrance to the disco must be made via ParentPay.  If you need any help please contact Mrs Shepherd.
