Parents Evening

Dear Parents and Carers,

We are really looking forward to welcoming you to parents evening especially as it has been such long time since you have been in school and able to speak to teachers.

I am putting some COVID restrictions in place to help protect families and staff. Please can I ask you to follow them.

• Please arrive at your appointment time as there will be no waiting areas available.

• The session will last just under 10 minutes so that teachers have time to clean the space ready for the next appointment. If you wish to discuss anything further, then you are welcome to make a follow up appointment.

• The rooms will be ventilated and there will be a 2m+ distance between you and the teacher.

• Please wear a face mask during the meeting unless exempt for medical reasons.

Each class teacher will have their own space with their own entrance/exit. Please follow the signs around the grounds and I will be around to help too.

Mrs Havard /Reception and Year 1 – Use own classroom doors

Mrs Crook/Year 1 and Year 2 – Use key stage 1 door and up the stairs to the classroom

Mrs Cieslar and Mrs McIlroy/Year 3 – Use the doors at the back of the main hall

Miss Monaghan – Use the main entrance to the dining hall

Miss Jones/Year 5 – Own classroom doors

Mr Parker – Own classroom doors

Please can you telephone the school before 3pm if you are unable to make the appointment.
