Hello Willow Class,

I hope that you have enjoyed your weekend and have been able to get plenty of rest.

For your writing task, I have added a video of myself reading our class book, 'The Curious Case of the Missing Mammoth' and have read the next page when Timothy, Oscar and Teddy are in The Time of The Dinosaurs room.

• Think about what dinosaurs would eat for their tea - could you find this out in a book or online.
• Thinking about the bugs, leaves and twigs sandwich from the book, think of more silly food ideas like; snake pie, tiger prawns, shark bone soup, insect kebabs.  For a challenge, you could even add more description - wiggly worm soup.
• You can write these as a list and even add a drawing of the silly food.

For Reception children, I would like you to make a list of your favourite foods, you can even draw a picture of it.
