Thank you for the emails of your work so far this week. I can see that you are continuing to enjoy the book as we near the end if the story.

Writing

I would like you to read chapter 14 and 15 with an adult and consider these questions:

• What happened as the animals reached the brick wall?
• Why did Badger have doubts?
• How did Rat react to the other animals finding the secret cider?

If you could be friends with one of the animal characters included so far, who would you choose and why?
